Dear Sir/Madam,

I just wanted to leave some very positive feedback for the training experience we had today with Neil Clarkstone here at Bedford College. 

Neil was really friendly and personable whilst delivering a brilliant workshop training experience. Two of the three members of staff had little to no previous experience with woodwork machinery, but were left feeling confident in using the machines moving forward, and we all enjoyed the way that Neil delivered the session. 

We have some future training for other staff here at the college that will be arranging in the upcoming months and we look forward to having a member of your team to visit.
